Last Saturday was my first time to be back up at the farmer’s market, and man I have missed it! I didn’t have my full stock of jams/jellies, but I did have a pretty good start. I had Caramel Apple Jam, Strawberry Cranberry Jam, Strawberry Pineapple Jam, Orange Jelly, and some Sandy Plum Jelly. I also had a batch of my Restaurant Style Salsa. It was a good day! I sold out or almost sold out of a few kinds, and best of all, I had a brand new canopy to sit under! I have to miss this weekend (we are going to Nate’s brother’s graduation), but I have already started prepping for NEXT weekend. Here’s to a successful season!
Here are some of my favorite pins from this past week!
This Root Beer Float Pie looks like something I need to take to our family party. The little kids would LOVE it, I’m sure.
I really want to make one of these checkerboard cakes. Looks simple enough!
I thought this alcohol ink acrylic tray looked SO COOL. I wonder if I could do this on one of my lightboxes?
You’ve gotta love a good Nubby Dishcloth Pattern. Or at least I do.
Not to mention a Flower Scrubby. I actually already have some of those scrubbies in the center, so I will try to get some of these made up asap.
I thought this Fish Dishcloth was pretty cute, too. I would probably either stitch on an eye or stick a little button on him. Stuff without eyes creeps me out!
I thought I could use this Pretty Petal Potholder as a trivet.
Campfire cones. Yes, please. That’s what fire pits are for.
I would love to make this Coconut Chicken— you bake it!
Well, that’s it for this week’s pins. I will try to get a post up this weekend, but it looks like it will be a CRAZY weekend. Graduations, birthdays, cakes, etc etc etc. We shall see! I have a lot of really good recipes to share with you, so I’ll try to do better.
